Average stay with disappointing service
disorganized breakfast inconsistent water temperature
The breakfast service was quite disorganized. Tables were often uncleared and staff seemed unsure of their duties. It was difficult to find utensils, and the selection was limited. The shower had inconsistent water temperature fluctuations which was quite frustrating.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including smoothie bowls. The staff provided helpful assistance with directions. I found the beds and pillows to be especially comfortable.

My room featured a coffee machine and a kettle. The room had a spacious layout and comfortable design. A balcony overlooked the pool and offered amazing views of the ocean. The bathroom was large and included a bathtub.

unreliable wifi firm bed
the wifi access proved unreliable. i was given a password at reception (which i found to be quite unhelpful) but it failed to connect for the duration of my stay. the bed was excessively firm. it was not particularly conducive to rest.

missing cushion soiled linen
the staff were kind, also to my toddler.
The sunbeds on the balcony only had one cushion between them, so i rang down and asked for another cushion, but it never looked. i tried to watch tv, but it wasn't working. Eban came up and sent up a bottle of sparkling wine and a cheese plate to rectify the situation, but then we found the last occupants' nightwear under the pillow. this made me wonder if the bed linen was changed at all!!!

Really good beachside experience
safe location excellent restaurant secure parking attentive staff
The location felt safe and offered easy access to many excellent restaurants nearby. Secure parking simplified our driving arrangements. The room seemed recently updated with new fixtures. It was refreshing. The staff proved helpful and attentive throughout my stay. It was a pleasant experience overall (i will return).
The room service menu looked somewhat limited in options after 10 pm.

The hotel features multiple pools, each catering to different preferences, including an adults-only section. There always seemed to be ample space and available loungers at the pools. The hotel provides beach access directly across the street.

The setting is fantastic, directly across from the beach with Table Mountain and the Apostles visible. The scenery changes dramatically from morning until sunset. The location allows easy access to local dining and attractions.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful in all areas. The reception staff provided useful restaurant recommendations. The staff really enhanced the stay (i was impressed by their dedication).
