balanced stay
great breakfast spacious apartment
the breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. the staff always replenished it. our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. everything we needed was in the room.
Our room was quite dark. It didn't get much natural light. i also thought it was expensive.

excellent location friendly staff peak hours helpful recommendation crowded area dated decor
the location was excellent. it was close to many attractions (i walked to times square in about 10 minutes!). also, the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
the breakfast area was quite small. it often felt crowded during peak hours (i sometimes had to wait for a table). also, the room decor seemed a bit dated, though it was clean and functional.

clean room helpful associates birthday candy
The room was very clean and exactly as pictured! The front desk associates were very helpful. I forgot to ask her name, but she brought my daughter candy for her birthday when we were getting on the elevator because I mentioned we were there to celebrate. I would definitely stay again and recommend it!
Everything went well at first. But on the day of departure, the hotel used the security deposit to charge my card additional fees!
