The building is lovely and full of character. The room was immaculately very comfy and tidy. I appreciated the the coffee bags and nice toiletries (the small details matter!). Breakfast was cooked to order and was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel.
The church bells rang every 15 minutes throughout the night. This made it difficult to get a completely uninterrupted sleep. (Perhaps earplugs could be provided in the rooms).

The breakfast was cooked well and tasty.
The room felt quite DATED. The furniture looked old, and the carpet did not look CLEAN. Traffic noise at night and early in the morning from the busy road was NOT ideal.

The entire place was immaculate and well-equipped, which I definitely appreciated. Breakfast included delicious, locally sourced ingredients, I especially liked it. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I found convenient parking right outside, made arrival and departure easy.
The room felt quite warm, and with the window open, it got a little noisy.

The breakfast was acceptable (though nothing lovely).
The room felt somewhat dated and not as clean as I would expect at this price point. I found dust on some of the surfaces and a cobweb in the corner of the window, which detracts from the experience. The fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
