The staff was friendly! the location was great. The food was great too. i found the rooms to be set to the back of the hotel, which helped keep things quiet.
the first night, the pub was due to close at 11pm. revellers were still going outside our window until midnight. the room was left unserviced after the first night. i found plants growing out of the roof and paths. this made it look a little unkempt.

meagre breakfastunserviced room
the room was not very clean down the sides of the beds. breakfast was meagre, and the sausage seemed microwaved. i did not like having to pre-order breakfast. also, 10 pounds per night for a small dog felt excessive, especially as the room was left unserviced after the first night.
