The location was indeed central. I found it near many shops. The room had good amenities. Complimentary items included pajamas and skincare products. I thought that was nice.
The hotel followed a self-service model. I felt staff engagement lacked customer service.

The location offers convenient access to many attractions. I appreciated the proximity to the Shimbashi station, which simplified travel. The staff assisted me with directions to the airport. The daily drink vouchers and bottled water were nice.
The breakfast had less variety than I expect. There were not much choices.

The room was really small. There was hardly space to open my suitcase without putting it on the bed. also, housekeeping didn't clean the room every day. They only emptied the trash and replaced towels. they didn't even make the bed daily, which i found disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had good options.
I felt disappointed . The room was not very spacious. It was difficult to open suitcases without placing them on the bed. The air conditioning in public areas was TOO cold.
