clean room good shower useful desk impersonal atmosphere late arrival early departure
The room was clean!!! it had a desk i could use. the shower was really good. i appreciated the breakfast. It was fantastic.
the room felt a little impersonal. i arrived late in the afternoon. i left early the next morning so i did not get to know anyone.

lovely highland getaway!
clean room tasteful decoration convenient coffee
I enjoyed a wonderful stay. the check-in was simple. I got a text with my room details and key location. the room was tastefully decorated and very clean. It felt perfect for a solo traveler. i appreciated the tea, coffee, and chocolate provided. The self-service milk from the kitchen fridge was convenient.
The hand soap dispenser was a little difficult to operate. I had to press it several times.

The accommodation features a new extension located at the rear of the main building. It is accessible through a pathway on the side of the house, providing guests with a private entrance and easy access to their rooms, i really enjoyed this feature.

the location was easy to find, and i followed all instructions. the car parking was convenient, and marked immediately outside the hotel, so useful for me! the location was great.

Replenishing tea and coffee was easy. I just put a token on the door for restocking and bed making. breakfast orders were simple. I completed a tick list and left it near the kitchen the night before, i met a helpful staff there.
