A Solid Stay
train station indoor onsen central location warm heating language barrier unhelpful staff
The hotel is close to the train station. It is also near many restaurants and shops. I found the indoor onsen to be very relaxing after a long day.
The room's heating was a bit too warm. I found it slightly uncomfortable during the night. There seemed to be a language barrier with some staff. Getting help with postage information was difficult.

Impressed by service and facilities!
clean room baby crib station location available umbrellas
The hotel offered a baby crib and bath for my child. My room was very clean, which I appreciated. The location is great. The Kushida Shrine station is only a short walk away. The hotel even provided umbrellas to borrow when it rained.
The laundry service was a bit strict. They removed my washings right on time.

Breakfast downstairs included both Japanese and Western options. I was surprised!!! The restaurant offers a great start to the day, with something for everyone. I enjoyed the variety.

Public facilities include a microwave and a coffee machine for guest use. Laundry machines are available, very convenient for longer stays. The public bath has a sauna.

The king room on the 14th floor had closet space and a seating area. My room had a nice furo bath. There WERE soft loungewear tops and pants available.

easy access helpful staff large window
The hotel is conveniently located near train stations and offers easy access to shopping and dining. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance (they promptly helped me with directions). The room had a large window and was quiet. (The view was nice!).
The hotel breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety.
