The staff were helpful. They assisted with our luggage and gave us information about local walks. Our quadruple room shower included complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast. It was fresh and flavorful. The hotel provides convenient, free self parking. I especially appreciated having bike storage.
The wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in our room, though it worked perfectly well in the common areas.

the breakfast was prompt and the staff were friendly.
The radiator in the room didn't work at night. I think it was turned off. one of us caught a cold because of it. the room was unpleasantly cold
