Excellent Location and Hospitable Service
close bus stops friendly staff large room
I found bus stops very close. Transportation to the Royal Mile took only some minutes. I appreciate that the staff was friendly and the room was large. The room included personal touches.

Solid Stay Near Arthur's Seat
large room helpful staff easy transport
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The bus stop is really close. It made transport very easy. Lots of restaurants are nearby too. I also appreciate that Arthur's Seat is very close for hiking.
The sink is shallow. Water splashes easily.

Quiet stay near the university
super clean room free parking easy communication
The room was super clean and spacious. I found a free parking space on one of the side streets, very convenient. The hotel was close to the university, a great benefit. I had plenty of contact via WhatsApp. The communication was easy.
The heating was not on when i arrived.

The beautiful family room included three beds, offering plenty of space. The room was also kept at a lovely temperature. Personal touches added to the comfort. Everything was tidy and clean upon arrival.

The guest house is close to the university and holyrood park. A bus stop across the road provides quick access. The location is quiet, contributing to a peaceful stay. The bus takes fifteen minutes to the city centre.

I did not use dining services . There are several nearby options for meals. The room included a kettle, allowing me to prepare hot drinks. I explored local cafés.

The guest house is non-staffed, but i had plenty of contact via whatsapp. Margaret was very warm and cute. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing necessary information. They were also flexible and accommodating.

the shower cubicle felt large. i found the location excellent to get around. a bus service runs on the road.
