unavailable food servicecigarette smoke
i was frustrated upon arrival. i was told food service was unavailable for the night. this meant i needed to find another place to eat. also, the smokers gathered right below my room and cigarette smoke entered my room. this was quite annoying.

i found the staff to be helpful. they drove us to a venue when taxis were unavailable. the hotel also accommodated my dietary needs for breakfast. the cleanliness was perfect, and the decor had elegant antiques.

the staff created a cute and accommodating atmosphere. authentic customer service was a highlight . the chef crafted amazing fish and chips. suzanne prepared a delicious breakfast sandwich.
