The Cart Shed offers transformative sessions that combine mental health support with hands-on activities in a natural setting. Activities include woodcraft, coppice craft, and horticulture, guided by experienced tutors, occupational therapists, and mental health practitioners. The Cart Shed operates two distinct woodland sites, each equipped with a workshop and a woodland kitchen. These sites feature gathering areas with shelters and fire circles to facilitate community engagement and shared activities. Participants can experience the rejuvenating power of nature while connecting with others in a supportive environment.

A horticulture site boasts two polytunnels and raised outdoor beds dedicated to growing diverse vegetables. Herbs and crops cultivated here are utilized in the nutritious meals served on-site, promoting self-sustaining practices. The fusion of gardening and culinary activities provides experiential learning opportunities that enhance participants' well-being.

The Cart Shed conducts specialized courses for adults, young people, and children throughout the year.
