excellent hotel in crete
attentive staff comfortable visit convenient location
the staff were really good too ensure a comfortable visit. the location is ideal for exploring the town center and nearby attractions. i found the proximity to many restaurants and the harbor particularly convenient.
i noticed that the scent used throughout the hotel was quite strong, which might not suit everyone.

the hotel features a pool area with a jacuzzi function, with a lovely bonus for relaxation. the gym provides basic facilities.

the staff were consistently kind and attentive. the reception desk addressed concerns quickly. the breakfast room staff were friendly. they created a warm and cute atmosphere each morning.

helpful staff welcome cocktail spacious room
the location was a HUGE plus. the staff was very helpful and friendly. i especially liked the welcome cocktail offered during check-in. the room was spacious, elegant, and clean.
i noticed an additional charge for the water brought to the room, which i thought should have been complimentary.

the hotel is in the heart of the city. the location is strategic and central. it is also within walking distance to the bus station, a huge benefit.

breakfast had fresh fruits and cereals with nuts. also included were cretan sweets, ham, and champagne. you could order waffles and omelettes from the menu.

mixed feelings about this stay
poor equipment small pool
The gym was not what i expected it had poor equipment and felt more like an afterthought than a real facility. the pool area was also disappointing. It was small and located inside the restaurant. it felt odd swimming while people were eating nearby. I expected more privacy and space.

helpful staff many options soft bed strong scent
The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast offered many options, I found this excellent.
I stayed in two different rooms. The bed in the room without a balcony felt too soft. It was clearly not proper for guest use. There was a very strong scent in the hotel that I did not like at all.
