Solid stay with convenient amenities

I stayed in a room with private access to the pool. It was a bonus. The location was central and the staff were amazing. Breakfast each morning had great variety (catering to everyone's tastes).
The air conditioner in the lounge had two modes, off and freezing. Temperature was not adjustable. The sofa was dirty and full of stains.

the location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants!!! the staff were super nice and helpful!!! i enjoyed the rooftop pool with views of the beach!!! very neat place, which i really appreciated!!!
the gym didn't have many towels, it was a little inconvenient.

The staff always greet you with a smile. Breakfast includes a chef who cooks eggs. The rooftop pool overlooks the beach, which provides views for sunsets.
My room was not cleaned . I think the dairy products in the buffet stand out in lukewarm temperatures, attracting flies.

The bed in my Junior Suite was comfy. I find two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. A second-floor balcony offers good views of the surrounding landscape and beach.

the rooms are clean and modern. i got a family suite and the second floor has amazing views and a panoramic bedroom. the location is good. patong beach is a few mins walk away. the rooftop pool has a rooftop restaurant and bar. the atmosphere is nice.
