The room was quite large and comfortable (perfect. I found the pub staff to be very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions and great quality. I also appreciated that the location was on the edge of town, a convenient spot.
I had some difficulty with the WiFi. It was not reliable in the room.

The room was very spacious and well-designed. It had a big, comfortable bed that guaranteed restful sleep. the bathroom offered all the necessary toiletries, so I didn't have to worry about packing extra items.

The hotel is located on the edge of town. I found it very convenient that the hotel was near the Tide Mill, the river walk, and the Longboat area, which are worth visiting.

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. it was tasty and plentiful. the staff were helpful and cheerful. they were also excellent at checking the contents of the food. This accommodated my food allergy very well.
the room was heavily fragranced upon arrival. i needed to air it out. this was the only minor inconvenience.

i found the breakfast service a little disorganized one morning i was told breakfast started at 8 30 but the kitchen wasn't really ready until almost 9 it created a bit of a rush and some items were slow to come out also the in-room wifi was quite spotty it made working remotely challenging i had hoped for a smoother experience especially considering the price of the room

the breakfast offered an excellent selection and everything was lovingly prepared my room was spacious clean and comfortably furnished the bathroom was spacious it included all necessary toiletries the staff was always friendly courteous and helpful we highly recommend this hotel. the garden belonging to the restaurant where we could eat was appealing to us there was also a playground for our child to spend time.
i found no wifi in the room

the room was a good size , well away from the road and very quiet. all of the staff were friendly and helpful from the second we arrived. the food was really good and one of the best breakfasts i have had for a while.
sheets were not ironed , i don't mind but the room was expensive.
