The staff was helpful. The hotel is close to all the main attractions.

The room I was in was a bit small. The decor felt outdated and the bed was not very comfy. That was disappointing. Breakfast lacked variety, so that was a bit of a letdown.

The location is very close to the tram station. This made it very easy to get around the area. The staff went out of their way to assist us when transport was disrupted (unexpected demonstrations!). I had a Family Room on the 6th floor. It was spacious with comfortable beds and a balcony.

The rooms were quite small. I found the reception area on the lower floor a little inconvenient. The breakfast selection was limited and not very varied (I especially missed fresh pastries).
