Really good Service and Convenient Location
kind staff thai massage convenient location shuttle service
the entire staff was genuinely kind and professional. free amenities such as a thai massage were a lovely touch. the location provided convenient access to many sights, yet it was sufficiently removed from tourist hotspots to ensure peace. i particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service around town during the hottest part of the day.
the walls felt a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear corridor noise or sounds from adjacent rooms.

the king room included useful amenities. the provided bottled water was useful on hot days. room service was always on time and the room was always spotlessly clean .

poor soundproofing animal noise
the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway and nearby animals, a disappointment for the price i paid.

thin walls dirty pool
I found the walls to be surprisingly thin. I could hear noises from the corridor and other guests. the bathroom felt outdated. It lacked a power outlet, and the shower door didn't work properly. the pool was closed. I noticed other guests had mentioned this in previous reviews, and the water seemed dirty and smelled unpleasant! it was quite disappointing. Especially considering the supposed quality of the hotel.

a balanced experience
bluetooth speaker free snacks available drinks firm pillows breakfast buffet fringe location
the room had bluetooth surround sound speakers that was great. i also found a balcony included which i used. the reception always had free snacks drinks and desserts available too.
the pillows felt rather firm even when they provided two options. i found the breakfast buffet disappointing. the location felt fair as it was on the fringe of the old town area.
