i stayed there for three nights. amy was a great host and helped me a lot. the room was clean. breakfast options had good value.
the shower was cold at 10pm. the room i had looked smaller than the one i booked. i was told i had been upgraded, but i am not sure.

I found the staff very helpful and the room super clean. It was perfectly functional. the location worked out great for my trip. it had all i needed, and i really appreciated that.
i think an air purifier could really help! there was a slightly musty smell in the entrance hallway, which i noticed.

the breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries and fruit. hot options such as eggs and bacon were also available. i think the coffee machine worked really well.

the hotel offered complimentary high-speed wifi throughout the building. i noticed the lounge area had comfortable seating and a selection of magazines. there was also a small business center with printing facilities.

The hotel is close to the beach and to a park and ride for the lytham festival. Though the parking was expensive! it is also near local shops and restaurants. i found it easy to walk around.
