convenient location clean linens helpful staff difficult shower hair issue inconsistent wi-fi
The location of the hotel proved very convenient. The room had nice clean linens and comfortable beds. All staff members were very friendly and helpful .
I found that the shower was not a walk-in. Instead, it required climbing into the bath, not great for someone with mobility issues.

spacious room clean room inside out duvet cover black hairs
the room was spacious and clean, appreciable.
I didn't realize until the next day that the duvet cover was inside out. Then i saw long black hairs in the bed. These were not mine. it made me think the bedding hadn't been changed.

large room excellent location quality breakfast
My room was a beautiful double room, and i found it large. the location is excellent. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants. breakfast included a full english, and the quality was very good.
the carpet on the staircase looked worn.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a log!). the bathroom had good decoration.
the wifi was a bit haphazard.
