Really good Stay

easy access comfortable bed breakfast options discounted parking
The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. My room was impeccably clean, and I found the bed very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered many options, including a full English and lighter continental choices (the pastries were very nice!). The discounted parking at Pepper Street, a short walk from the hotel, was convenient and cost-effective.
I noticed some slight noise from neighboring rooms late at night. The walls seemed a bit thin.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offered a secret garden area. The bar area was particularly comfortable with an array of seating options. Crisp white bedding was included in my room.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast was served in a beautiful room, with a nicely presented buffet. The breakfast included both full English options and lighter fare like fruit bowls. The service during breakfast was attentive (staff ensured all guests felt welcomed).
Service
10/10
The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Nikoleta at reception took the time to explain all hotel services. She also provided a city map and answered all my questions with a smile.

small shower weak coffee
The shower was really small. It was hard to move around in there. i also thought the coffee at breakfast wasn't good at all. it tasted weak though there were other options. i had expected a better coffee for the price of the stay. also the room was too hot even with the window open. It was jammed, even more frustrating
