friendly staff stylish design thoughtful luxuries
I found the staff friendly and helpful . The room design was very excellent. Everything felt stylish and functional. The little luxuries, like high-quality shampoo and an in-room speaker, were very thoughtful.
The minibar water was only refilled once per stay, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is centrally located. It is also very quiet at night. Public transportation is within VERY easy reach, which makes getting around simple. The interior design is tasteful.

The breakfast was delicious with many options, and the service in the restaurant was prompt. I did not try other meals, but the quality seems consistent across the board. The food was AMAZING!!!

central location cool decor rainfall shower comfy bed
I had the best time! the location was central, near everything i wanted to see, and the staff were super friendly. my premium room was super clean and had really cool decor. i loved the rainfall shower, it had amazing water pressure. The bed was so comfy too! the complimentary minibar was a sweet bonus!
honestly, the only thing that was a tiny bit annoying was that the phone in my room didn't work.

shower leak late checkout
the shower was a disaster! water leaked everywhere, i had to use all the towels to stop it from flooding the bathroom. also, i tried to get a late check out, but they told me it wasn't possible because the hotel was full. that's odd because the hotel seemed pretty empty . maybe they should put that information in the terms and conditions because it was very annoying.
