I loved the beautiful privacy the pool cabin offered. the yorkshire views were divine, and the hot tub was always at the perfect temperature. we kept the wood burner going. the staff prepped everything for us. Lighting it became so easy.
the dining chairs were wood, and a tad uncomfortable.

the courtyard had an inviting hot tub, beautifully set amid the open fields, i noticed. privacy fencing surrounded it, it gave a backyard-like feel. the hot tub was very warm upon arrival and ready for us to use.

breakfast offered a pleasing selection of quality items. the on-site restaurant provides a fantastic spot for dinner. every meal felt sensational and delicious, but rich too.

the room showed modern interiors, it offered high end bedding that felt comfy. i found two en-suite bathrooms, each had great showers. air conditioning and heating provided extra comfort in each room. also, i saw tall privacy fence.

the inn is nestled in a picturesque village. you could travel to york and thirsk quite easily from here. it gives a sense of seclusion with gorgeous yorkshire views. i enjoyed the open fields all around.

the atmosphere felt great. the room felt great. the out building bar kept the energy high with olympic games and rugby. the main hotel felt separate because it was just across the carpark.
