dirty carpet unpleasant smell
the room i got wasn't great. i booked a standard double room, but they gave me a small double room in another building. it was a hassle because of my luggage. also, the carpet had some dirt and a bad smell. it wasnt very comfy.

large bed spacious bathroom cute staff high standard food
the room had a very large bed. i found the bathroom to be spacious (plenty of room to move around!). the staff were cute and accommodating. the food in the restaurant was of a high standard and tasted great.
the menu shown online was slightly different from the one actually offered.

The room was spacious. It featured a large bed and patio doors that led to a small private garden with a table and chairs. The bathroom had a roll-top bath and a large walk-in shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities, including a coffee machine with branded hot drinks.

warm welcome professional staff great ambience excellent food
i ALWAYS appreciate the warm welcome. sam was professional. NO request was too much trouble for him. the ambience upon arrival felt great. The food tasted excellent and provided great value for money. the bar area presented a wonderfully relaxed ambience.

the staff was super friendly and helpful AT all times. Every staff member i encountered was very attentive. No one ever hesitated to provide assistance, ensuring every need was properly met. the attentiveness was excellent.

the accomodation looked fantastic, situated in an excellent location. The room had unique furnishings. it was beautifully clean. i noted thoughtful design in both the bedrooms and public areas, ALL contributing to a distinctive character throughout the hotel.
