the bed was very comfy and the quilt was like a fluffy cloud. i found nice toiletries and a good shower, i loved it! friendly staff assisted me with parking and directions into town, how awesome is that? i'd be happy to stay here again.
my room was a bit small and the en-suite bathroom felt tiny, i think this could be improved.

The room i got was quite small. the en-suite bathroom was tiny as well. I had to squeeze in. the radiator didn't seem to be working. The room felt cold.

The breakfast had a good range of options.
The initial room smelled strongly of drains. The top half of the sash window would not close, and traffic noise persisted throughout the night. I think better maintenance is needed.
