Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The location was great I could walk to many places from the hotel.
The staff was not always cute I found some to be a bit rude. One time I was sitting by the pool and some 'security' person told me to leave without checking if I knew it was closed. I felt it was poorly handled because if the pool was closed, access should have been restricted.

The rooms were large with self-service amenities. The coffee was great. I appreciated this detail. The staff by the pool were awesome. Jeannie stood out. I could use the pool while waiting for check in, which I found useful.
The room needed a light in or near the shower. The shower was dark, misplace punctuation

The location is great. Many fun places were accessible via walking or a short Uber ride, so I was pleased. The Kesaye center is nearby, along with Bay Front Marina for food and shopping.

The meals were yummy! and came in generous portions, so it was great value. The cocktails were also nice. I tried a couple of options from the bar. Room service can be ordered online, which I found convenient.
