the staff was friendly (i suppose that's their job).
My room, a corner king room, was not clean. There was dust everywhere, a detail i find hard to ignore, especially considering the price.

it sits above brickell city centre and provides easy walking access to restaurants. quinto is the hotel's restaurant and it offers a good breakfast. the staff is great with luis at the front desk plus the valet parking team.
the hotel shows some decline. lights in the rooms turned off after a minute or less. i had to take dark showers due to this issue

the hotel has a well-equipped gym that features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.
