the staff was friendly (i suppose that's their job).
My room, a corner king room, was not clean. There was dust everywhere, a detail i find hard to ignore, especially considering the price.

solid stay
great location good breakfast valet parking
it sits above brickell city centre and provides easy walking access to restaurants. quinto is the hotel's restaurant and it offers a good breakfast. the staff is great with luis at the front desk plus the valet parking team.
the hotel shows some decline. lights in the rooms turned off after a minute or less. i had to take dark showers due to this issue

the hotel has a well-equipped gym that features three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the front desk provides efficient service with staff available to assist with check-in and inquiries. the valet parking service operates smoothly, allowing guests to easily retrieve their vehicles. staff members are generally courteous and responsive to requests.
