An oasis of colour and excellent service
colourful decor helpful staff rooftop views
The hotel is VERY colourful. Each area has artistic touches and decor , made the hotel unique. I found the staff cute. They were very good too ensure I was happy, and they were also helpful. The rooftop bar has great views.
The location requires frequent taxi rides to reach the main tourist spots.

The hotel is a short walk to the subway, giving easy access to the city. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service, when available. This service makes it EASY to get to nearby attractions and transport hubs.

The lobby café had a variety of options, all prepared to a high standard. The rooftop bar offered a range of drinks, especially the Rum and Orange cocktails. I found the breakfast very comprehensive.

Every staff member was friendly, cute, and eager to assist with any request. Liben and Peace at the rooftop bar were notable. They ensured my experience was Really good. The reception host also provided a packed breakfast due to my early checkout.

creative design rooftop bar slum area street noise
i found the room decor quite interesting it had a creative design. the rooftop bar provided a nice view it was a great spot to relax after a day out.
the location wasn't ideal the hotel is in a slum-like area. i also noticed the soundproofing was not very effective i could hear street noise quite clearly.

rough surrounding area sewage smell
I liked that the beds were really comfortable, it was acceptable.
The surrounding area seemed a bit rough. My room faced what looked like a shantytown, I kept my curtains closed most of the time. There was a strange smell I could not explain, it was like sewage near the hallways and the balcony.

vibrant stay!
rooftop bar great drinks comfy bed strong water pressure
The rooms are very well appointed. I found everything i needed. the rooftop bar had great drinks and service. the water pressure was strong, and the bed was comfy. i really enjoyed the unique touches throughout the hotel.
The location is not super close to some attractions. A taxi or 'grab' bike is often needed.

small portion size functional room
the decor was quirky, i guess. it's not my usual style, but i can appreciate the effort put into it.
The breakfast was a mess. I ordered something and what arrived looked nothing like the menu picture. the portion size was ridiculously small, and it cost more than a decent meal elsewhere. plus, the room lacked basic functionality. There was nowhere to put my suitcase. no closet. no nothing!
