great selectionthin wall
the breakfast selection had a great variety. the cafe team was super helpful and friendly, especially aimmy, who always served with a smile. the location is relatively quiet, i noticed a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby too. an hourly shuttle goes to the subway and skytrain stations. this made getting around much easier
The staff at the desk really hate their jobs. I am sure they have a good reason. i didn't even receive a hello or thank you. the woman who checked me out didn't say a word to me. When i asked questions, she just pointed. the walls are very thin. I could hear everything from the room next to mine. i barely slept because my neighbor kept knocking on doors and screaming all night. this was not a pleasant experience.

poor soundproofingslippery bathroom
The soundproofing was not adequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, disruptive. the bathroom design needs improvement. There was no shower screen or curtain, so the entire floor became wet and slippery after each shower. This is a significant oversight.
