musty roombreakfast confusion
the breakfast was supposedly included. i didn't see any buffet, and nobody told me how to get it. also, the room had a weird smell, sort of musty. i thought a beautiful room would smell better but maybe my noses too sensitive. i had hoped for a fresher room, breakfast confusion

the location was really convenient. it was easy to reach sightseeing spots. the rooms had comfortable beds and good bed linen. bathrooms included nice towels and toiletries.
the breakfast selection was very poor. the coffee machine was not working correctly. there were not many choices for vegetarians.

transparent glassrusty fixtures
I found the shower setup quite inconvenient. The transparent shower glass offered NO privacy at all. Rusty fixtures also detracted from the experience. The water temperature was only lukewarm. It was never HOT, a significant disappointment.
