modern and convenient stay

I liked the free drinks offered in the communal area, a very thoughtful touch. rooms looked modern and quite spacious when compared to other accommodations. it was simple to take a bus directly from the airport to the hotel. I found this very convenient.

the hotel is located in an office building, waiting for a lift during work hours can take some time.

the hotel has a full fitness center. the hotel offers complimentary soft drinks and coffee all day! there is also a happy hour in the evening and staff were very helpful .

the rooms were relatively spacious. a water filter is available on each floor to ensure guests can refill their bottles with cool water. the room also had a kitchenette, i found this especially convenient.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

tea facilities excellent service

The room was super clean. It included tea and coffee facilities! The staff, especially Hailey, provided excellent service! I also enjoyed the happy hour with free drinks, such a bonus. We will certainly be back.

The check-in process was a little slow. I waited a bit longer than expected despite arriving during standard check-in time.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. I received assistance with directions, travel tips, and luggage storage. Their cheerful attitude created a really warm atmosphere! I really appreciated it.

My room included a queen-sized bed with fresh linens and plush pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I also had a mini-fridge to store my beverages, very useful! The bathroom was very clean.

easy access quick service perfect air conditioning

Location worked very well, it offered easy access to transport. Staff were helpful, they provided quick service. Breakfast area includes free tea, coffee, water, juice, even beer. Air conditioning were perfect, it made the humid weather more bearable.

The shower leaked water everywhere on the floor. I think hotel should fix it.

the room was large and functional it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable it was very clean the free coffee and soft drinks throughout the day was a bonus the location was ideal the staff were very pleasant and helpful

dirty floor clogged drain

The location was fine for exploring the area. The gym was a plus.

The room I had was not very clean. There were still hair strands from previous guests on the floor upon arrival. there was flooding in the bathroom because the floor drain was clogged. It seemed some hair strands blocked it.

Cozy Boutique Charm

warm ambience convenient location long flight transport options

This little boutique hotel offers a warm ambience. I felt comfortable immediately upon arrival , especially after a long flight. Its location near buses , trams , and the MTR is convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to these transport options.

I found that waiting for a lift during the work day took a while. The hotel occupies only the top floors of an office building. This resulted in some delays.
