I got a wonderful upgrade to the premium panoramic king room! it was on the 44th floor, and the views were even more very nice than i imagined. the bathroom was fine with great amenities. I loved the rainfall shower. i definitely recommend this hotel!
The elevators were very crowded, i always waited a while, especially during peak hours. it shares access with the shopping mall. This meant extra time waiting with non-hotel guests. i think dedicated elevators would improve the experience!

Breakfast had a wide selection with dim sum, noodles, and omelets! there were also coffee machines and a salad bar. i found various types of breads. It was convenient for a quick bite before heading out.

There is a designated taxi and rideshare floor on the 18th floor, great. I didn't need to wait on the main streets. i liked the ice machine on each floor. the hotel is connected to a shopping mall!

The hotel's location is really convenient. The wan chai metro train station is nearby. i found shops and food options around the hotel. it is about a 1.2km walk to the wan chai ferry terminal or a quick taxi ride.

the room service was good. i liked professional room service also. the location is really comfortable and inside a shopping center so its easy for shopping and having lunch.

i secured a premium city king room for my stay! the room included a nespresso machine and a selection of pods. also, the bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and a separate handheld shower head.
The elevators were sometimes quite busy. I had to wait a little longer than expected at times.

the room was very clean. i also found the location to be very convenient, its proximity to various shops and restaurants was great.
the elevators were a bit slow, i waited a long time to get to the lobby sometimes.

the room was spacious. it had a dyson hairdryer. the sofa bed area allowed for relaxation. i found chinese restaurants and supermarkets inside the connected building, this made shopping simple.
access involve shared elevator usage with mall visitors, that resulted in extended wait times.
