the room included a small kitchen. it had a refrigerator and microwave, VERY convenient. breakfast included several set menu options. a grocery store across the street was surprisingly useful, I visited multiple times. the hotel provided complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste daily.
Soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could SOMETIMES hear noise from the hallway.

The check-in process was efficient. Staff assisted with luggage promptly. there was daily room cleaning service. the staff responsed quickly when i asked for extra towels, i liked that.

The breakfast was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's supposed four-star rating. the selection felt limited. It was like being offered a choice of omelets, but only being allowed one filling. We only got notice of this upon arrival, frustrating.

The team members were consistently helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. The room size allowed easy movement and relaxation, I appreciated the space. The high water pressure in the shower was wonderful. It was consistent with temperature. I was very impressed with the view. It created a serene atmosphere.
The room upgrade cost me extra, an unexpected expense.
