Really good Stay in a Historical Gem
cute staff ample portions helpful staff useful map
The staff was SO cute and always greeted me with a smile!!! Breakfast was a delight. The portions were ample, and the tea was delicious. A helpful young woman at the front desk provided a useful map. I really appreciated the lovely man who brought my breakfast because of my early departure.
The air conditioning was not turned on in common areas. I needed to specifically ask for a fan.

The rooms had a cinnamon scent and felt spacious. They were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment. The decor included many lovely details throughout the hotel adding to the atmosphere.

Breakfast offered varied, delicious options and fresh juices. The restaurant had a limited menu, and items not listed could be prepared upon request. I was satisfied with the culinary offerings .

decent stay BUT expensive
high prices laundry cost
i did like the location, it was pretty central to everything. the staff seemed polite enough. however, the cost of laundry was ridiculous, it really caught me off guard. i paid a fortune for a small load. it soured my overall experience, especially since i wasn't expecting SUCH high prices.

a totally amazing stay!
central location helpful staff delicious breakfast hotel history
i loved how central the hotel was to everything within the fort precinct! the super nice team and always smiling . breakfast was a treat every morning with lots of delicious options i could choose from. i thought it was great that the hotel even gave a brief history of the hotel after i checked in!
the only minor issue i experienced was that the internet connection was a bit spotty at times but this was not a major problem for me!

my room had high ceilings and felt very spacious which i really appreciated. the decor was very cool and gave the room a unique feel. i thought it was awesome that the rooms were very spacious.

the hotel had a lovely pool that provided a refreshing escape from the heat. i also enjoyed the food that was delicious and fresh. i found the restaurant to be slightly pricier than nearby options, but the quality justified it.
