range of options helpful staff waterfront location mould shower poor water flow chipped paintwork
the breakfast had a good range of options. breakfast staff were particularly helpful. the location was great on the waterfront. there was a very long bar and lots of staff.
i noticed some mould on the shower curtain. the water flow was also poor. the room appear tired. chipped paintwork was visible.

lack of soundproofing slamming doors
the location on the river was acceptable
the room was not soundproof i could hear everything tv bathroom doors slamming this made it hard to relax and sleep

Excellent Stay, Minor Drawback
helpful staff breakfast selection king size bed
I found the staff very helpful. They accommodated all requests quickly. The breakfast selection included many choices. The food quality impressed me greatly. I appreciated a king size bed in my room. It was spacious, perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring the area.
I did notice sound carried easily between rooms. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, especially doors slamming. This occurred mainly during the late evening.

The hotel has a great position. It is situated very close to the town. The riverfront location gives easy access to local shops. Many restaurants are also nearby.

The hotel features a bar with many staff. A restaurant offers excellent food. A very long bar has plenty of staff serving drinks. The bar has tables inside the venue.

The room had a very spacious king bed. I found a television with many channels to choose from. I could use the air conditioning for temperature adjustment. I got a view that was amazing.

river view comfortable bed good shower
the river view from my superior king room river view was indeed amazing. the bed provided a comfortable rest. the shower facilities were functional.
The coffee was too weak for my liking. The taste could have been bolder.
