fantastic stay with excellent views
friendly staff easy access ample storage comfy beds
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. my room had lots of storage. the comfy beds ensured a restful sleep.
the corridors were a bit dark, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.

The double room sea view offered excellent views. The walk in shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was good (the sausages were tasty!).

breakfast option quick staff relaxing views
Breakfast included sufficient options. Staff ensured all requests were handled quickly. The balcony provided space to unwind and appreciate harbour views.. I found it to be very relaxing. The location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The room lacked proper ventilation. This. I think the hotel needs to address this issue.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staff wide selection attentive waitress smooth manager
The staff were very professional and friendly . Breakfast had a wide selection of food available in buffet style. Dinner was superb with compliments to the chef and his team I found the waiters and waitresses attentive and helpful. The manager seemed to run things very smoothly.
The room size felt a little small considering the price paid.

The sun terrace is a lovely space I found. The hotel provides convenient access to town due to its excellent location. A covered area ensures the roof terrace can be used even when it rains.
