The staff was amazing and helped us check our bags in early. They also kept them for us, super convenient. The staff advised on where to find taxis since we needed a larger one. They gave the child items to keep them busy during check-in, which I thought was very considerate.
The TV had a faulty connection, providing only a few channels, a bit of a letdown. The hot tub had mould, and the water ran cold. Black bits seeped out from the bath trim. There were so many stains on the carpets.

the room size was fantastic. the breakfast buffet included smoked salmon a really nice touch. it started my days wonderfully. i enjoyed the toiletries provided the little extras really made a difference

The spa bath in the Double Room Spa Bath was good. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, great for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed the friendly service from all staff members.
The in-room wifi signal was occasionally weak.

poor heatingbathroom floor
The location seemed promising, but the room presented a few problems. The provided portable heater did little to combat a chill. The lack of proper heating in the bathroom was also a real issue. I was unable to make use of the whirlpool bath due to this problem. I also noticed several potholes marring the bathroom floor. There were several stains on the carpet as well. The room just wasnt good.

The breakfast had a tasty, fresh variety of cooked food and pastries. The front desk arranged a very quick taxi service. I had a morning appointment.
The room was very nice. Though, the air conditioning could have worked better.
