convenient parking luggage assistance friendly staff
The parking was very convenient, situated quite close to the reception area. Assistance with luggage was offered promptly upon arrival. Breakfast was HUGE!!! The staff was really friendly.
There was a bit of noise early in the morning from about 4 am.

easy access great parking massive breakfast
The parking was very close to reception, I appreciated that. I received help with luggage and this was very welcome. The breakfast was massive, I felt grateful.

the room was a good size. i found the bed quite comfortable. the staff were very helpful and friendly, they were really nice! the food in the restaurant was lovely.
the room smelled a bit strange. it was quite noisy early in the morning, from about 4am. the corridor outside my room had a sewage smell to it.

amazing breakfast beautiful garden helpful staff clean area
The breakfast was amazing! nothing was too much trouble for them. the restaurant overlooks a beautiful garden. It was really beautiful. the staff were helpful in offering to book taxis. It really helped. the public areas were clean and cute.
I noticed a slight sewage smell in the corridor. It was only outside my room though.

thank you for the great time!

efficient welcome good wifi comfortable bed
i really liked the efficient welcome when i arrived. good wifi access was available. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. my brother had breakfast and it looked very good.
i noticed a smell of sewage in the corridor outside the room. there also seemed to be a lot of noise coming from the kitchen in the early mornings.

kilworth house theatre is nearby, so it's very useful for theatre visits. parking is available near the entrance making arrivals and departures very convenient. the grounds around the hotel are well maintained.

i saw the restaurant has great ambience. the offerings include a full english breakfast with cereal. fruit is also available, alongside a lovely pot of tea. drinks seemed very good too.
