charming stay with excellent service
friendly staffbreakfast choicenice decor
i found the staff very friendly. they even steamed a top for me when i needed an iron (so kind!). the breakfast had plenty of choice. decor throughout was very nice.
the room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to move around.

the hotel is in a central location, close to local attractions and public transport. many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. it's easy to get around from this spot.

The room felt quite cramped. Navigating around the furniture proved to be a small obstacle course. i wasn't thrilled to discover the shower essentially resided within the bedroom itself. drying towels became a bit of a logistical challenge, and the lack of air conditioning definitely made things a bit stuffy. also the price felt a bit high considering the overall experience.

I appreciated the kind staff. They were helpful. the decor was wonderful. I liked the unique style. breakfast was good, and the teas and coffee were very nice. Everything tasted fresh. the pub downstairs is a fantastic addition to the hotel. It provides a great atmosphere.

The breakfast included a self-serve setup in a back room, and it extended onto the rear patio garden. This provided a lovely space. everything needed for a continental breakfast was available unless a full english fry-up was preferred. It had a very relaxed vibe. the pub downstairs offers good cocktails.

the location is convenient, it is less than 5 minutes walk to the turner contemporary and shell grotto. shops, bars, and restaurants are within easy reach. there is a self-catering bar, and it includes coffee, tea, and snacks.

The staff put luggage in the room. I thought that was a nice touch. ben was especially lovely, and he went out of their way to ensure a great stay. the staff were cute, and they created a great atmosphere throughout my visit.

The staff were friendly. They helped us discover the town. The rooms were very cosy and well equipped. I enjoyed that a nice tote bag, robe and ear plugs were provided.
The breakfast room was difficult to navigate. All the breakfast is packed onto ONE table. This makes it inaccessible to more than one person at a time. There was NO space to put food covers down.
