friendly staff amazing breakfast noisy room weak shower
the staff were great! they were always very friendly. breakfast was amazing!!! it had everything i wanted and set me up for the day.
the room was noisy. i could hear traffic all night. the bathroom was very basic, and the shower pressure was weak.

cute staff tasty breakfast easy access atmospheric rooms
The staff were very cute after my walk. Breakfast include hearty and tasty options. The location allowed easy access to the South Downs Way. I found the historic rooms atmospheric.
I had a little trouble locating free parking near, it required a short walk.

Breakfast feature fulfilling options, ideal for walkers heading to Eastbourne. The food arrive quickly after ordering, what makes dining efficient. A sign outside clearly advertise dog friendly policy.

The pub include a great beer garden. The Inn has a beautiful building, kept nice and neat. It offers a perfect location for travelling onto Newhaven for a ferry.

The Inn is run by an attentive owner, what ensure great quality. Staff were very cute and also quick to take orders. Staff.

My room include clean spaces and comfort. South Downs can be seen from the room window. The historic rooms adds a special touch to the Inn ambience. The room provide enough space for a single traveller.

The staff was cute! The service was excellent and the breakfast was included. I loved the historic location with beautiful walks into the surrounding countryside.
The walls were thin because of the old building. The people in the neighbouring room had their TV on late. I could hear them snoring!

the breakfast was tasty. it was a hearty meal to start my day. the staff were helpful! they were friendly, too. the location was lovely.
The room needed some tlc. The carpets should be replaced. the curtains needed replacement, too. the room desperately needed decorating.

excellent service perfect location historical architecture dog friendliness
The staff provided excellent service. They ensured I could have breakfast despite my early departure for the ferry. The location is perfect for exploring local attractions. I also appreciated the historical architecture and the open fire in the inn. It was very dog-friendly.
The room's proximity above the bar resulted in some noise late into the evening, which affected sleep quality a bit.

The room provided a view of the South Downs. It also had comfortable and clean furniture. I found the room very cosy and cute .

atmospheric pub hearty breakfast friendly staff
i enjoyed the atmospheric feel of the pub it has a history spanning centuries. the breakfast was indeed hearty and tasty, setting me up well each day. i found the staff very friendly to guest needs which added to the stay.
the room faced the road and i noticed it was quite noisy early in the morning. this disrupted sleep and lessened the overall peacefulness.

the breakfast included several options, such as a full english and lighter choices. the dining area presented a traditional pub setting with wooden tables and a fireplace. i noticed the staff maintained cleanliness and were quick to serve guests.
