The staff were very cute and focused on customer service. The rooms are lovely and the beds were comfortable. I especially liked the fabulous pillows , and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. The inside is decorated beautifully.
I noticed the room was a bit worn, and it seemed slightly overpriced.

the staff were consistently helpful. i found the food delicious, especially the breakfast. the room was quite clean, a significant plus. it was a great stay, really.
i noticed a minor stain on one of the towels, a slight oversight.

The double room had opening windows and cushioned seats. coffee and tea facilities included fresh coffee with a press and a thermos with milk. the bathroom was really good. It featured a nice, new walk-in shower, which i appreciated.
