The room was not ready at the stated check-in time. I had to wait. the vegetarian breakfast, while lovely, was small. Extra items were not offered to compensate for the missing meat. additionally, there was no offer of extra toast and no instructions for the tea and coffee machine.

i found the staff very friendly and full of helpful tips. our room was surprisingly large with a modern bathroom. the breakfast was freshly cooked and served by cheerful staff. the location was excellent as it was in the centre of town.
our designated parking space proved nearly impossible to access due to another customer's vehicle blocking it.

the breakfast was very good. i filled a tick list the day before, noting my food preferences and desired eating time. it worked out great. the meal was on time, piping hot, plentiful, and delicious.
i found the bed uncomfortable. it needs a new mattress OR A mattress topper. noise from a nearby nightclub was unfortunately unbearable on saturday night until well after midnight. walls pounded and sleep was impossible.

I stayed for two nights and the breakfast WAS lovely each morning! I found allocated guest parking at the rear. I also enjoyed the spacious double room with a private bathroom, it had all the amenities I wanted.
The shower was not AS clean as I would expect it to be.
