park entrance local places beautiful design
the location is very close to the park entrance a short 5-minute drive i also found several local places to eat nearby i appreciated the supermarket within walking distance i thought the building had a beautiful design with a nice overall feeling. the room included two queen beds we found this very convenient.
the room had some dust i hope the staff take better care

Really good Location, Comfortable Stay
convenient location spacious cabin
I found the location convenient, a short distance from the park entrance. The hotel lobby had a cute atmosphere, styled like a spacious cabin with unique décor. Our room provided ample space, a great benefit for my family during our extended trip. The gym was adequately equipped.
I noticed the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. There were peanuts visible on the floor. I felt a more thorough cleaning is necessary before new guests check in to avoid such issues.

the hotel had a gift shop with many native items.
The room felt dusty. It lacked the cleanliness i expected. the blinds did not close completely, bothersome.

the location felt convenient with the grand canyon attraction points and restaurants nearby.
for the price I paid per night, i expected more amenities. the linens looked stained, towels had stringy ends. curtains didn't close all the WAY.

Adequate Stay with Notable Shortcomings
rigid check-in salty salmon
The check-in process demonstrated rigidity. My arrival occurred slightly before the stated check-in time. Staff did not make exceptions. The hotel restaurant posed problems. A delayed seating arrangement occurred despite many empty tables. The salmon I ordered proved overcooked and excessively salty. This hotel did not provide a cute atmosphere.

I found a microwave and refrigerator inside my room. The hotel staff told me about the Annual Star Party. It was a nice event. The beds were quite comfortable.

unclean room makeshift arrangement
Free car parking was available.
The room was not clean. The curtains could not close properly, so I had to create a makeshift arrangement for privacy, quite annoying, considering the price I paid. The location of my room was also undesirable. It was on the ground floor right next to the staff and storage area. This resulted in a lot of noise and disturbance.
