I really appreciated the deck overlooking the gardens. It provided a relaxing space. The hotel's exterior had visual appeal. I liked its design. Bus routes were easily accessible from this location. i found several local eateries within a short distance. This made dining out simple.
The photos give a different impression compared to the reality. They appear somewhat enhanced.

lovely staff excellent breakfast beautiful gardens special experience
Wendy was lovely and cute. she. breakfast was excellent, it had a great traditional english style. the gardens were really beautiful. I liked walking through them each morning.
the room was a bit dated, the furniture and carpet need some work.

the staff was friendly.
the bathroom was outdated. the shower barely worked. bedroom walls were filthy and full of marks with chipped paintings. cables were hanging everywhere.

small bathroom old shower
the bathroom was quite small, it felt cramped. there was no space for storing toiletries. the shower was also quite old and didn't work very well. i found this disappointing since i had expected more from the description.
