i had a very clean room. a good size tv was available. parking was straight outside, so it was easier. the phone call before arrival, was answered by a friendly gentleman. he was accommodating to my needs. i recommend the burger. it was great. the staff was friendly. the room seemed freshly decorated. there was a good range of tea and coffee.
the service felt a little slow at times.

Excellent stay near the canal

Check in was easy and staff were accommodating to my needs. I booked the room for one night initially, but i needed a second night. After a quick phone call, the staff sorted out the second night while honouring the original room rate. The facilities were very comfy and tidy for my needs.
The emergency exit lighting in my room was flashing all night i found it a little distracting and problematic to sleep.

The phone call confirming my arrival was handled by a very friendly gentleman. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and asked about my preferences for check-in and dining. I found the menu very nice and the staff accommodating to dietary needs.
There was very limited on-street parking available near the hotel.
