faulty showerreheated steak pie
The shower was OUT of order in one of the rooms. I expected better food quality too even with reasonable prices. A reheated steak pie from the shop for £13 was a bit rich really.

The furniture and fittings are of a high standard. Access after hours to our room when staying out late gave us flexibility to see friends. It was quite useful!!!

Mark proved to be good at Information Technology and cooking and was very hospitable. Molly was very polite and helpful, as was Sue. This team is amazing!!!

cold roombroken shower
the heating was off, and i struggled to dry my clothes after a day out. the room felt cold and lacked proper hanging space. i had to keep my coat in my bag, which wasn't ideal, the shower didn't work in one of the rooms. it was a letdown, and i would have appreciated a functional shower.
