i found the swan towel arrangement a sweet detail, a touch of care. breakfast was tasty, with a wide selection of food , reasonably priced. julie, the receptionist, was helpful and very kind , always making me feel welcome.
the room felt very cold upon arrival, so warming it up took a long time. it needed a little patience to get comfortable.

The room was warm and very quiet. i found big thick bath towels. That was useful. the bed was comfortable. I slept well.
The room was very cold when i arrived. i think pre-warming would solve the problem. That is a basic service.

the staff were very friendly and happy to assist. meals were very good and well priced. i found plenty of parking available.
the room was freezing when i went in. i really mean freezing. also, there was no toilet roll in the bathroom.
