convenient stopover with friendly service
friendly staff quick check-in spacious room breakfast options
i found the staff to be helpful and friendly i appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process the room i stayed in was clean and quite spacious also the breakfast offered many nice options i liked that. it really set me up for the day. there was a mcdonald's just across the road from the hotel , made grabbing a late dinner very easy i found that useful. the communal seating area offered comfortable spots for relaxation. this also made waiting for my ride easier.
the swipe card system for room access seemed a bit outdated i found it a little tricky to use and had to try a few times before the door would open.

the hotel offered easy access to nearby dining options such as mcdonald's i also noted its convenient proximity to the one health hospital which is beneficial for anyone needing medical services during their travels i liked this.

the hotel has a lift available but i noticed it is quite small i also observed that the communal seating area in the lounge offers a good spot to unwind or wait for transportation i found the availability very good.

The location was convenient to the hospital I needed. The staff were pleasant. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I had a great night's sleep there.
the window did not shut properly. i could hear everything outside. walls were paper thin too! service on reception was good very polite.

Just okay, I suppose
broken kettle no air conditioning
Check in, I admit, was pretty easy. The staff was nice enough, I guess.
First off, my kettle was broken. I wanted tea, but that plan went down the drain. Second, there wasn't any air conditioning, so the room was stuffy and really hot. A serious oversight if you ask me. It did seem pretty noisy with people and car sounds.

friendly staff clean room fresh sheets convenient location
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found this particularly convenient when i needed assistance with directions. the room was quite clean, and the fresh sheets were a welcome touch. the location was indeed easy to find, and i appreciated its closeness to other dining options. i also liked i could easily find breakfast.
The room looked a bit tired and could use some maintenance. One of the windows did not close properly.
