The location was convenient to the hospital I needed. The staff were pleasant. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I had a great night's sleep there.

Check in, I admit, was pretty easy. The staff was nice enough, I guess.

First off, my kettle was broken. I wanted tea, but that plan went down the drain. Second, there wasn't any air conditioning, so the room was stuffy and really hot. A serious oversight if you ask me. It did seem pretty noisy with people and car sounds.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I found this particularly convenient when i needed assistance with directions. the room was quite clean, and the fresh sheets were a welcome touch. the location was indeed easy to find, and i appreciated its closeness to other dining options. i also liked i could easily find breakfast.

The room looked a bit tired and could use some maintenance. One of the windows did not close properly.
