The staff were friendly and helpful . i especially appreciated kim showing me to my room. the bed was comfortable. I slept well and found the location great for walking and close to the tram stop.
it was left outside the room on the floor which was not ideal.

the staff were very helpful and friendly to me and my kids. i liked that you could walk through the pub to get to the rooms. breakfast was a nice touch, even i didn't got much information when i checked in.
