I was a bit disappointed . the chemical air fresheners were far too strong. also, my room was uncomfortably cold. I had trouble getting warm enough. i wasn't happy about that.

The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Harry and Mandy were a great couple and were very friendly. The room smelled gorgeous as I walked in. It was like a dream.
My room was a bit too cold! Though the chemical plug-in scent was overwhelming. I found it unhealthy.

fresh coffeehelpful flexibility
mandy answered all my questions quickly. i appreciated the flexibility with check-in times, it was REALLY helpful. the breakfast was great, and the fresh coffee was a bonus. there were tea and coffee facilities in the room after a long drive.
there WASN'T a ground floor room.

the decor met my expectations it matched the photos online.
the advertised wifi was practically nonexistent i could barely load a webpage plus the bathroom wasn't ensuite i found that quite inconvenient having to walk down the hall especially at night.

the breakfast was quite good and met my expectations.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms quite clearly. this made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
