the food was excellent with varied options. the nice furniture. i found the staff practiced the principles of hospitality. i really appreciated this.

many services were broken, such as in house phones. the heating and air conditioning systems weren't working well. tv service was also affected. these issues.

the restaurants provided fantastic meals! i especially loved the authentic italian market. the hotel offered a private car service to a secluded beach! it was only a five-minute drive and i found the beach fine. the pool area featured comfy sunbeds.

the in-house phone system had some issues.
