insufficient soundproofing lingering soap
The cleanliness was subpar. I noticed lingering soap spots in the bathroom throughout my stay. Housekeeping also missed replenishing basic toiletries a few times, a real inconvenience. I also had issues with the noise levels. The soundproofing was insufficient. I could clearly hear street noise and loud conversations from nearby rooms late into the night.

i had a beautiful king room. the room featured two comfortable chairs. a tram stop was located very close to the building.
i noticed the ice machine on my floor was out of order.
